Delivery is free across India. Here is when to expect her dress, how tracking works and what we do if a parcel runs late.

Made-to-order dresses
Your dress is cut and sewn after you order. Making and delivery together usually take 12–14 days from the day you order. This is an estimate, because couriers can occasionally add time.
Ordering for a special date? Share her event date on WhatsApp before we start stitching. We will confirm it can reach you in time, or tell you plainly if it cannot.
Ready-to-ship dresses
Finished dresses in standard sizes skip the making time and are dispatched within 24 hours. Customisation is not available on them.
Tracking your parcel
Once the parcel ships, you can view the courier’s tracking details on our Track your order page.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order, cash on delivery included. There is no minimum order and no hidden charge.
If a parcel runs late
Courier delays, weather and festival rush can occasionally add days. Every parcel is tracked: you can check its progress on our website, and if it is running late we follow up with the courier for you. Message us with your order number at any time.
Addresses outside India
We deliver within India. For an address outside India, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering, so we can tell you what is possible.
