Choose her age range on the product page and check the size chart. For help, send her age, height, chest measurement and weight on WhatsApp. We can combine measurements from different age ranges for a custom size.

Choose “Custom size” on the dress page and follow the instructions for measuring her body. You can enter inches or centimetres. Custom sizing is free, and the dress is priced at the closest chart size. You can edit her measurements or choose a standard size before ordering. We confirm custom measurements before we cut her dress.

Made-to-order dresses include a 2-inch internal growth margin. One size alteration is free, anywhere in India. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number to request it.

We use 100% soft cotton where the dress touches her skin, with concealed seams and a smooth zipper. Our organza mother-and-daughter matching set also has a satin fabric layer above the cotton lining. Check the product details for its outer fabric and care instructions.

Made-to-order dresses usually arrive in 12–14 days. The dates shown on the site are estimates and courier delays can add time. If you have an event coming up, share the date and delivery location with us before ordering.

Delivery is free anywhere in India, whether you pay online or cash on delivery. There is no minimum order.

Use Track your order to check your order’s progress. Courier tracking details appear there once your parcel ships. Contact us with your order number if you need help with a delayed parcel.

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across India, with free delivery.

An extra 10% off is applied automatically at checkout when you pay by UPI, card or net banking. No code is needed. The discount does not apply to cash-on-delivery orders.

Made-to-order dresses cannot be returned for a change of mind. If the fit needs adjusting, request your one free size alteration within 3 days of delivery. See the returns policy for full terms.

Yes. Send us your cancellation request on WhatsApp with your order number. What counts is when you send the request, not when we reply. If you paid online in full and send it within 5 hours of ordering, you receive a full refund of the amount you paid, to your original payment method, with no deduction. After 5 hours, we deduct 20% of the amount you have paid and refund the rest, because we may already have reserved her fabric and begun preparing her dress. For cash on delivery, the advance paid at checkout is non-refundable, even within 5 hours, and no further cancellation charge applies. The 20% deduction is only ever of an amount paid online in full, never the full order value. If nothing has been paid yet, there is nothing to refund or deduct.

Contact us on WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery with a full unboxing video to request an exchange. Please record the parcel as you open it.

Yes. We deliver free to the recipient anywhere in India. Choose her size using the size chart, or contact us for help with sizing and the event date before ordering.
