How do I choose a size?
Choose her age range on the product page and check the size chart. For help, send her age, height, chest measurement and weight on WhatsApp. We can combine measurements from different age ranges for a custom size.
How does free custom sizing work?
Choose “Custom size” on the dress page and follow how to measure her. Enter all her measurements in inches or centimetres. We match them directly to the closest chart size and use that size’s price, with no extra charge for custom sizing. Once submitted, the matched size stays selected. You can edit the measurements or switch back to a standard size. We confirm her measurements before cutting the pattern.
What if the dress needs adjusting?
Made-to-order dresses include a 2-inch internal growth margin. One size alteration is free within 7 days of delivery, anywhere in India. Contact us with your order number so we can help.
What is the lining made from?
We use 100% soft cotton where the dress touches her skin, with concealed seams and a smooth zipper. Check the product details for its outer fabric and care instructions.

When will my order arrive?
Made-to-order dresses usually arrive in 12–14 days. The dates shown on the site are estimates and courier delays can add time. If you have an event coming up, share the date and delivery location with us before ordering.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free anywhere in India, whether you pay online or cash on delivery. There is no minimum order.
How can I track my order?
We send courier tracking details on WhatsApp and by email when your parcel leaves Surat. Contact us with your order number if you need help with a delayed parcel.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across India, with free delivery.
Is there a discount for paying online?
An extra 10% off is applied automatically at checkout when you pay by UPI, card or net banking. No code is needed. The discount does not apply to cash-on-delivery orders.
Returns & alterations
What to do if the fit or your plans change.
Can I return a made-to-order dress?
Made-to-order dresses cannot be returned for a change of mind. If the fit needs adjusting, one size alteration is free within 7 days of delivery. See the returns policy for full terms.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 5 hours of ordering for a full store coupon or a cash refund of 85.5% of the amount paid. After 5 hours, a 20% fee applies. Send your order number on WhatsApp to request cancellation.
What if the dress arrives damaged?
Contact us on WhatsApp within 72 hours of delivery with a full unboxing video to request an exchange. Please record the parcel as you open it.

Can I send a dress as a gift?
Yes. We deliver free to the recipient anywhere in India. Choose her size using the size chart, or contact us for help with sizing and the event date before ordering.
How should I care for the dress?
Follow the care instructions in the product details. Organza, tulle and sequin dresses are usually dry-clean only to help their layers keep their shape.
Can I see the dress on a video call?
Video calls are available for selected dresses. Look for the video-call option on the product page and request a time on WhatsApp. Our team can show you the fabric, lining and details before you order.
