Is 12–18 months the right size for her first birthday?
Start with her age on the day she’ll wear it, then check the size chart against a dress that fits her comfortably. Compare the 9–12 and 12–18 months rows if she is close to her first birthday. Age alone may not give the best fit.
What if she is between two sizes?
On the size chart, a 12–18 months dress measures chest 23.5 in, waist 22.5 in and full length 25 in. An 18–24 months dress, the next size up, measures chest 24 in and full length 26 in. Compare the size chart with a dress that fits her comfortably. If she is between sizes, choose the larger one or free custom sizing on a made-to-order dress. Made-to-order dresses have 1–1.5 inches of spare fabric at the chest seam. You can request one free size alteration within 3 days of delivery.
