Before we cut
If you send her measurements or tell us your event date, we confirm them with you on WhatsApp before the pattern is cut, so the dress is right before it is made. Not sure about a design? Selected dresses can be seen on a live video call before you order.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel within 5 hours of ordering for a full store coupon or a cash refund of 85.5% of what you paid. After 5 hours, a 20% fee applies.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Size alteration
One size alteration is free, anywhere in India, within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the fit; we tell you how to send the dress to Surat and return it altered.
If it arrives damaged or wrong
Record a full unboxing video as you open the parcel.
If the dress is damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us on WhatsApp within 72 hours and send the video, and we exchange it right away.
What is not covered
Once delivered, a made-to-order dress cannot be returned for a change of mind, because it is cut for her.
Ready-to-ship dresses
Finished dresses in standard sizes cannot be customised or returned for a change of mind. Cancellation and damage are handled exactly as above.
