At Babiesfrock, accessible from https://babiesfrock.in, the privacy of our visitors is one of our main priorities. This privacy policy describes the types of information collected and recorded by Babiesfrock and how we use it.

How we collect information

We collect the information you share with us at the time you visit the website. This is how we collect the information we need.

Cookies, measurement and advertising

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Like most online shops, we use cookies and similar tools from Google and Meta to understand which pages and adverts bring visitors and orders, and to show our dresses to families who may like them. These tools see how the website is used, for example the pages visited and the dresses added to the cart.

When an order is placed, Google and Meta may also receive the order value and, sent securely, contact details such as an email address, phone number or address, so they can tell us which adverts led to orders. When we share a list of customers with them so that our adverts reach existing customers or people with similar interests, the details are first turned into an unreadable code, a process called hashing. Google and Meta handle this information under their own terms and privacy policies, and we use it only to measure and show our own adverts.

Your child’s measurements, celebration dates and order notes are used only to make and deliver your order. They are never used for advertising and never sent to Google, Meta or any other advertising partner.

You can choose how this applies to you. You can turn off personalised adverts in your Google account’s ad settings and in Meta’s ad preferences, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser. To have your details left out of the customer lists we use for advertising, email support@babiesfrock.com or message us on WhatsApp +91 89801 80848, and we will remove them.

Optional WhatsApp messages

Order and delivery updates and marketing messages are separate choices. Sending START UPDATES to our update number subscribes you to order updates. Sending START OFFERS AND CHECKOUT REMINDERS subscribes you to occasional collection messages and incomplete-checkout reminders. Subscribing to email does not subscribe you to WhatsApp.

We use your WhatsApp number, subscription preferences and matching order or checkout records to send these messages. Reply STOP to stop WhatsApp messages. Our custom service does not treat an ordinary enquiry as permission for marketing.

Meta processes the phone number and message content to deliver WhatsApp messages. Our tracking data provider, Track123, receives the parcel tracking number and courier name; we do not send it your name, phone number, email or delivery address. Courier scans may contain a destination city or hub.

Our hosting and storage services process the records needed to run this service. Private customer records in our custom automation storage are encrypted. Consent and STOP preferences are retained for up to one year after the latest instruction; notification history and courier summaries for up to 90 days. Short-lived recovery validation records expire after 24 hours. Order records held by our store and checkout providers are separate from these automation records.

Access, correction and deletion requests

To ask about your information, correct an error or request deletion of your WhatsApp automation records, email support@babiesfrock.com. Include the phone number used with Babiesfrock so our team can verify the request. We may need to retain separate order or payment records for order support and accounting.
