The product that is bought from the Physical Stores can't be returned. All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: Customized Dresses and Nonreturnable dresses are not eligible for returns please read the product description if the product is returnable or not

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

If applicable we will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved, Customer must send the dress to our destination (The return shipping address is provided Through Mail or WhatsApp). Please make sure to include the return slip in the package.

As we are not offering refunds for any size-related issues, please confirm size chart before purchasing. As we provide margins inside the dresses, we can alter the same dress to a maximum size.



Depending on availability, products can be exchanged for a different size (if the size selected and provided is different). In this case, you will be required to send the dress back to our provided address so that we can verify the size.

Customers are allowed to exchange the item within 3 days. Exchanges exceeding 3 days will not be processed.

To be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product wasn't used or damaged
  • The product must include original tags (if applicable
  • The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

Promotional codes can be used as a credit towards a future purchase, allowing our customers to choose a product (Dress) that better fits their needs.

Please note that all our dresses are made to order and as such, we do our best to fulfill all orders. However, there may be times when we do not have enough fabric to fulfill a specific order. In this case, we will offer you the option of choosing a different dress or waiting for the fabric to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

This policy is subject to change and may be updated at any time.

Our return policy states that it is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct size when placing an order. We recommend that customers consult the size chart provided on our website or contact our customer support team for any size-related queries before making a purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any dress due to size issues, as a significant amount of time and effort goes into making each dress. Therefore, we kindly request that customers ensure they select the correct size before placing an order.

However, in the event that there is a mismatch between the selected size and the size delivered, we will be happy to replace the dress with the correct size. To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must notify us of the size issue within 72 hours of delivery and return the dress to the provided delivery location.
