RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

• Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural. 

• Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Individual (referred to as either "the Company", "We",

"Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to BabiesFrock Located at IN.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from

Us.

• Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://babiesfrock.in/

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

The product that is bought from the Physical Stores can't be returned. All of our dresses are custom made (When you choose to purchase a dress from us, please know that we lovingly create each piece especially for your little one. We understand how special this is for you and your baby, and we’re dedicated to making it just right.) and Customized Dresses and Nonreturnable dresses are not eligible for returns please read the product description.

  • If you receive a defective dress, you must provide a full package opening video in its original, unedited format, without any cuts, and send it to Support@babiesfrock.com. 
  • Once your exchange request is accepted, you will be provided with our return address. You must ship the defective piece back to us within the timeline provided.  

Please note  

  • If the video contains any cuts or edits, or if we determine that the damage is self-inflicted, your exchange request will be declined.  
  • For defective pieces, we only offer an exchange for the same dress or an alternative option. Returns and refunds are not possible in this case.
  • It will take 10-12 days to process your exchange request. Any urgent requests or specific deadlines for a refund will not be entertained.
     

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction.
As we are not offering refunds for any size-related issues, please confirm size chart before purchasing. As we provide margins inside the dresses, we can alter the same dress to a maximum size.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept size exchanges only if the selected size and the provided size are different. For example, if you selected a 9-12 month size but the dress measurements correspond to a 6-9 month size according to our standard size chart, you will be eligible for a size exchange.  

Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 3 days will not be processed.  

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.  
  • The product must not have been used or damaged.  
  • The product must include original tags (if applicable).  
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) must be provided.  

You are required to ship the product back to us for inspection. Once the item is received and all conditions are verified, your exchange request will be processed.

Additional Information

  • Exchanges are limited to one time per order, provided all conditions in the exchange policy are met.  
  • It will take 10-12 days to ship the replacement dress once the exchange request is approved.
  • Refunds, urgent requests, or date-specific exchanges are not accommodated in this case.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your order after purchasing a dress, you must send a cancellation request to Support@babiesfrock.com.  

We require 2-3 business days to review and verify your cancellation request.  

You must specify whether you would like a coupon code for the same amount or a refund with the deducted amount.  

If the cancellation request is made within 5 hours of purchase

  • A coupon code will be provided, or If you prefer a refund, 14.5% of the order amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.  

If the cancellation request is made after the 5-hour window

  • 20% of the order amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.  

Important

  •  If your product has already been shipped or made by us, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Once the order is dispatched or custom-made, cancellation is not allowed. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will handle the return or exchange as per our exchange policy.  

The refund process will be carried out within 7-10 business days after your cancellation or return request is approved.  

This policy is designed to comply with Indian consumer protection laws and ensures clarity in the cancellation and refund process.
